location: the hotel was close enough to an art gallery and mexico city. it was a couple of blocks away from maximo bistrot local, where you can have lunch. the rooms were elegant and incredibly comfortable, had hypo-allergenic pillows.

Gorgeous rooms, superb staff, with a fantastic location just a 10-minute walk from Hospital General and offered great amenities including air conditioning and a fitness club.

Every detail enchanted me, from the beautifully designed rooms to the really good service. The tranquil atmosphere was like a breath of fresh air. With very nice art scattered throughout and a perfect location for exploring, it was an experience I'll treasure. I can't wait to come back and indulge in this lovely retreat again!

Strange combination of outdated and hyper-modern styles!!! A bizarre door lock system, creaky floors interrupting sleep, and inconsistent security create frustration. The location, while lively, is excessively noisy which detracts from comfort.

The atmosphere was magical, with stunning rooms that reflect a beautiful blend of art and history. Conveniently located between popular neighborhoods, I was just a short walk away from amazing spots like the Toy Museum and Mercado Roma. I appreciated the warm service and the really good dining experience at the on-site restaurant, which really added a special touch to my stay. I had a fantastic time and plan on returning soon!

Located in a vibrant area, the accommodations are both beautifully designed and spacious. With really good staff assistance for transportation and restaurant bookings, the level of service added a nice touch to the trip. The highlight was a good breakfast with fresh products brought right to the room. Some areas could improve in terms of Wi-Fi connectivity during peak times, and there were occasional issues with room maintenance that detracted slightly from an otherwise perfect experience.

Breakfast delivered to our room was such a treat. Andrea was super helpful and made our honeymoon lovely!

We did wish for some body lotion. The toiletries were great but that little extra would be nice!

This place was a strong match for a city escape in Mexico City at a good price. The excellent service made every morning special with breakfast delivered right to our room. Try to ensure you'll be able to access the hotel after hours to avoid delays.
